To support the business in implementing the Work Winning Strategy by managing supplier accreditation, onboarding processes, compliance documentation, and framework administration. This role is responsible for maintaining accreditation records, supporting bid portal updates, managing client and subcontractor onboarding, and ensuring compliance with audit and information requests. The Administrator will work closely with the Bid Team, and other stakeholders to ensure best practice standards are applied and maintained.

Skills & Experience
· Minimum of 2-3 years administration experience or a graduate in an appropriate discipline
· Experience in a with frameworks/construction accreditations is preferred but not essential
· Excellent English both written and spoken
· Experience within construction/consultancy is preferable
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint) and ability to learn other systems
· Excellent written and numerical skills
· Experience of Adobe Acrobat/Deltek/ClickUp would be preferred but is not essential. Training can be given.
