Supplier Conformity Manager
Location: Glasgow | Type: Full-time | Flexible/Hybrid Working Available

We’re looking for a Supplier Conformity Manager to join our Glasgow team. In this key role, you’ll oversee supplier quality and compliance, manage non-conformities, and drive improvements that reduce manufacturing risk and strengthen our supply chain.
What You’ll Do
- Propose performance indicators and recommend lean improvement actions
- Review inspection results and validate First Article Acceptances (FAIs)
- Manage non-conformities: notify, track returns, and oversee corrective actions
- Collaborate across teams and with suppliers to ensure compliance and quality
- Consolidate supplier performance data and support continuous improvement
- Optimize entry/exit controls and supplier quality processes
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or production support
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and commercial contracts
- Ability to influence, problem-solve, and drive supplier performance
- Methodical, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
- Strong ethical mindset, with a collaborative and inclusive approach
- Travel to suppliers off site 25 -50%
