Royal Mail is looking for a commercially astute and results-driven Supplier Performance & Contract Manager to lead strategic supplier relationships across our Technology function. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage end-to-end supplier performance, oversee complex contracts, and deliver measurable value through cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement.

- Act as a key escalation point and resolve supplier disputes
- Collaborate across Technology, Procurement, Legal, and Service Delivery
- Deliver executive-level reporting and support strategic tenders
- Mentor and manage a high-performing team of contract managers
- Champion best practice in supplier performance and relationship management
- Proven experience managing strategic suppliers in complex environments
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Expertise in large-scale contract management and value delivery
- Ability to influence, lead, and build trusted partnerships across the business
