We are recruiting a brand new position where we are seeking a proactive supplier performance manager to oversee global supplier operations across all categories and regions, drive efficiency programs, manage capacity and risk, lead performance reviews, resolve day-to-day issues, and deliver continuous improvement through KPI-driven planning and cross-functional collaboration.

What you’ll do

Being a Supplier Performance Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:

• Manage global supplier performance across all categories, channels, and regions.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning and Procurement to address capacity constraints and drive efficiency programs.
• Lead supplier performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve day-to-day supplier issues and proactively manage supply and obsolescence risks.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost savings through KPI tracking and supplier collaboration.

Who you are

It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:

• Experience managing diverse supplier networks across multiple categories and levels
• Proven project management skills with a strong focus on cost savings & performance improvements
• Background in operational and strategic supply planning within FMCG or retail environments
• Knowledge of supply chain processes (e.g. performance monitoring, risk management, contingency planning, collaborative planning)
• Strong analytical abilities and demonstrated leadership capability.

Location: Hybrid with the ability to work from one of our office locations (Central London, Loudwater or Basildon) a minimum of 2 days per week,
