Supplier Quality Engineer

One of our Automotive clients who is a leader in their field are currently looking for 2 Supplier Quality Engineers to support their site in the North West. However, these roles can be done remotely with around 30% of your time spent travelling to supplier sites in the UK and European mainland.

The requirements for this Supplier Quality Engineer role are:

• Previous Automotive experience
• Experience with PPAP
• Experience with APQP
• Previous experience working with suppliers and strong stakeholder management skills
• Previous Automotive experience and AIAG exposure

As Supplier Quality Engineer you will:

• Participates in supplier evaluation, selection, and strategic sourcing process development.
• Assist in the supplier corrective action process including containment, root cause investigation, and corrective action.
• Ensures suppliers use quality tools effectively.
• Works with supplier to ensure all product requirements are met.

This role is inside IR35 and for an initial 12 months.
