At Anytime Fitness UK & Ireland, our suppliers are critical to keeping our clubs operating smoothly every day. As part of the world’s largest fitness franchise, we work with a wide range of partners to support our UK & Ireland network, and when things don’t go to plan, we need someone who can step in, take ownership, and find solutions.

We are looking for a highly capable in Supplier Relations to join our Central Operations team. Reporting into the Head of Central Operations, this is a predominantly reactive, solution-orientated role, ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, articulate, and confident managing multiple stakeholders, including regular communication with teams in the US and Australia.

The Role

This role sits at the centre of supplier activity across the business. You will manage day-to-day supplier relationships, respond to issues as they arise, and ensure problems are resolved quickly, professionally, and with minimal disruption to franchisees and internal teams.

You’ll be the go-to person when suppliers underperform, deliveries are delayed, or complaints are raised, bringing structure, clarity, and solutions to often time-sensitive situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with suppliers across categories including fitness equipment, construction, facilities, digital systems, apparel, cleaning, and consumables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for supplier issues, queries, and complaints, taking ownership through to resolution.
• Respond quickly and effectively to reactive supplier challenges, applying a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Liaise with internal teams, franchisees, and international stakeholders (including the US and Australia) to communicate issues, progress, and outcomes clearly.
• Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, escalating concerns where necessary.
• Support onboarding of new suppliers and assist with contract administration and renewals.
• Work closely with Business Development (New Builds) and Remodel teams to resolve supplier issues impacting construction, equipment installation, and club openings.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in supplier management, vendor coordination, operations, or a similar role.
• Comfortable working in a reactive, fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with experience handling complaints, service failures, and supplier underperformance.
• Clear, confident, and professional communicator, able to manage multiple stakeholders with diplomacy.
• Confident liaising with international teams across different time zones.
• Highly organised, resilient, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
