About the Role:

You’ll play a key role in managing our supply chain partnership with Waitrose. Your focus will be on maximising in-store availability, boosting sales and turnover, and helping to reduce waste through efficient collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

We're seeking a motivated individual who can build strong working relationships with the Waitrose team and manage tasks independently with confidence and precision. You’ll need to be proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills include:

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

•Good analytical and problem-solving skills

•Experience or understanding of the fresh produce industry and supply chains

•Confidence in preparing reports for senior stakeholders

•Diplomacy and professionalism when managing relationships

We’re looking for someone dynamic who can stay one step ahead, think on their feet, and thrive in a fast-moving commercial setting.

Working Hours & Travel

•You'll be based at our Evesham site for the first month (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm).

•After that, travel to the Waitrose head office in Bracknell will be required one to two days per week.
