About The Role

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, business leaders, and technical experts to identify improvement opportunities and implement best-in-class supply chain strategies that deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the domain expert in supply chain operations for CPG and FMCG, advising on trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with technical experts to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency and productivity across the supply chain.
- Support digital transformation initiatives including the adoption of AI/ML, automation, and cloud technologies in supply chain workflows.
- Contribute to business development efforts through strategic input, client presentations, and industry-specific insights.
- Provide guidance on category management, logistics optimization, demand forecasting, and route-to-market strategies.
- Analyse market and operational data to support go-to-market strategies and performance improvement plans.
- Translate complex supply chain requirements into actionable solutions aligned with customer goals.
- Develop knowledge assets such as whitepapers, webinars, and internal training focused on supply chain innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in CPG or FMCG supply chain roles, with expertise in one or more of: logistics, procurement, demand planning, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes in high-volume, fast-moving industries.
- Experience with platforms such as SAP SCM, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or e-commerce analytics tools.
- Ability to work closely with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable supply chain solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
