What will you be doing?
- You’ll lead and develop the Materials Planning and Warehouse Operations team at our Hull site, driving both short- and long-term improvement initiatives.
- Working closely with suppliers, procurement, global supply planning and manufacturing teams, you’ll ensure seamless material management and delivery processes.
- You’ll own the planning process, collaborate with stakeholders to deliver achievable production schedules, and continuously improve inventory management and cost to serve.
- You’ll also be responsible for resolving material delivery issues and developing your team through performance management and capability building.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role means being a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader. You’ll bring a strong supply chain background and a passion for operational excellence.
- Proven experience in supply chain, materials and planning management
- Demonstrated people leadership in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Lean or OPEX implementation programmes
- A data-driven mindset, resilience and the ability to lead teams through change
