Our Grocery Service Centre, based near Liverpool, is a hub for transactional activity across multiple ABF companies within the ABF Grocery division. Supporting some of our well-known brands such as Kingsmill, Pataks, Blue Dragon, Jordans, Ryvita and Silver Spoon, amongst others. We deliver Shared Service activities across a wide range of disciplines including Customer Services, Consumer Care, Finance, Payroll, HR and IS.

This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing position focused on driving supply chain performance and delivering mutual benefit through data-led insights and operational problem solving. You will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through KPI (Key Performance Indicator) improvements and day to day issue resolution.

Supply Chain Performance Partner to join Allied Bakeries in an
embedded (implant) role, working onsite at our retail customer’s Head Office in Leeds. You’ll act as a key link between Allied Bakeries and the customer, working directly with key stakeholders to drive performance, strengthen collaboration and deliver best-in-class service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Retailer and Allied Bakeries teams.
- Interpret datasets to monitor, analyse and continually improve Allied Bakeries and Retailer KPIs, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
Understanding of forecasting is desirable.A proactive mindset and drive for continuous improvement — someone who doesn’t settle for “good enough”.Occasional travel to other locations may be required to support relationship building across Allied Bakeries.
