About The Role

PwC’s Consulting Practice is on an upward trajectory as we continue to help clients transform and strengthen their end-to-end supply chains and operating models. We work with organisations across industries to design and implement impactful, scalable solutions that improve performance, resilience, and customer outcomes, creating sustainable value for businesses and society.

Our Supply Chain & Transformation practice is a core part of our Consulting offering, operating at the intersection of business strategy, operating model design, and digital technology. We are looking for candidates with strong consulting and industry experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex supply chain transformation programmes across Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Devices sectors. Candidates will bring the capability to drive tangible outcomes, support client transformation agendas, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

We support organisations in delivering end-to-end supply chain transformation programmes, spanning planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and order management, to improve resilience, enable growth, and drive sustainable profitability.

As part of our Supply Chain & Procurement team, you will work alongside a diverse group of problem solvers with deep consulting and industry experience, supporting clients in addressing complex operational challenges from strategy through to execution and value realisation.

This role will be based in either London, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow or Edinburgh.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Deliver workstreams within complex end-to-end supply chain transformation programmes
  • Support the design and implementation of supply chain operating model improvements, process optimisation, and technology-enabled change
  • Contribute to supply chain technology transformations, including advanced planning, ERP, and procurement systems
  • Manage and coach junior team members, providing day-to-day guidance and quality assurance on deliverables
  • Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders at manager and senior manager level
  • Develop high-quality client-facing outputs including analysis, insights, reports, and presentations
  • Support engagement management activities including planning, risk management, and tracking delivery against objectives

This Role Is For You If

  • Experience in supply chain in the context of quality activities related to procurement, manufacturing, logistics, operations improvement, and digital transformation
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects in a consulting or industry role
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes across planning, logistics, manufacturing, and order management
  • Experience working with relevant tools and technologies such as advanced planning systems, ERP, and procurement platforms
  • Industry experience within one or more of: Consumer Goods, Retail, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Devices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence client stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet and work at client locations across the UK
