Our Supply Chain & Transformation practice is a core part of our Consulting offering, operating at the intersection of business strategy, operating model design, and digital technology. We are looking for candidates with strong consulting and industry experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex supply chain transformation programmes across Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Devices sectors. Candidates will bring the capability to drive tangible outcomes, support client transformation agendas, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

As part of our Supply Chain & Procurement team, you will work alongside a diverse group of problem solvers with deep consulting and industry experience, supporting clients in addressing complex operational challenges from strategy through to execution and value realisation.
This role will be based in either London, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow or Edinburgh.
What Your Days Will Look Like
Experience working with relevant tools and technologies such as advanced planning systems, ERP, and procurement platformsIndustry experience within one or more of: Consumer Goods, Retail, Pharmaceutical, or Medical DevicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven insights and recommendationsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence client stakeholdersWillingness to travel as required to meet and work at client locations across the UK
