Discover Impactful Work:

Craft and own the supply plan for key distribution in Europe. Ensure MRP system is followed to guarantee timely and complete material availability.

A Day in the Life:

  • Build, lead, and implement the plan for our DHL warehouses in the European network.
  • Validate and resolve MRP recommendations and exceptions, using business knowledge (S&OP, forecasts, lead times) to make informed decisions.
  • Take ownership of meeting key performance indicators, including On-Time-In-Full (LOTIF), inventory levels, backorders, and scrap reduction.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for raising and mitigating any barriers that risk execution.
  • Liaise directly with our 3PL partners (DHL) in the Netherlands and Spain to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
  • Lead the utilisation of SAP, Excel, and PowerBI to analyse data, review reports, and support effective management decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal purchasing and sales teams to align material supply with customer demand and resolve any supply challenges.
  • Prepare data and present information for daily and weekly tiered operational meetings.
  • Proactively identify risks to the supply chain and develop effective mitigation plans.
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and performance.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Proven experience in a supply planning, manufacturing, or sophisticated operational environment.
  • Solid understanding of MRP systems, forecasting, inventory management, and production planning.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; PowerBI experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record to build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners, such as 3PL providers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and independent worker who can manage multiple demands with drive and energy.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is helpful.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix and cross-functional team environment.
  • APICS certification (or willingness to work towards it) is helpful.
