💼 What You'll Do
As our Supply Planning Manager, you'll be at the heart of our supply chain operations-driving efficiency, collaboration, and innovation across our global network. You'll:
- Lead supply planning across internal sites and 3rd party manufacturers
- Own and evolve our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance
- Oversee inventory strategies, product lifecycle planning, and ERP implementation
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of planners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Manufacturing, and Quality teams
- Drive continuous improvement in service, cost, and efficiency
- Occasional global travel is required.
🧠 What You Bring
We're looking for a proactive, commercially savvy leader with:
- 5+ years in supply chain operations (planning, forecasting, inventory, 3PL, procurement)
- Strong ERP and S&OP experience
- Multi-country supply chain expertise
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
- A degree or equivalent work experience
