About FinregE

FinregE is a fast-growing RegTech company dedicated to transforming how financial institutions navigate and comply with regulatory obligations. Our proprietary platform digitises and automates the regulatory lifecycle—from horizon scanning to impact assessments, reporting, and policy compliance—powered by advanced search, workflows, and AI tools like our Regulatory Insights Generator (RIG).

We are looking for a Support Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our legal and regulatory data assets within our content management systems. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of regulatory compliance and support the creation of structured, high-quality regulatory content that fuels our platform.

Role Overview

The Support Analyst will be responsible for managing the intake, processing and publishing of legal and regulatory documents into FinregE’s proprietary content systems. You will work closely with product and technology teams to ensure regulatory texts are properly tagged and curated to support downstream applications such as digital rulebooks, compliance workflows, and AI-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Content Curation & Structuring

  • Upload, tag, and classify regulatory documents (e.g., FCA, PRA, HM Treasury, ESMA, etc.) into the CMS.
  • Structure content based on predefined taxonomy, metadata, and semantic tagging frameworks.
  • Maintain consistent document hierarchies (sections, clauses, definitions) in accordance with legal standards.

CMS Operations

  • Operate within FinregE’s proprietary or third-party CMS to manage updates, versioning, and content relationships.
  • Implement content workflows including approval, publishing, and archiving processes.

Quality Assurance

  • Review imported regulatory text for accuracy, formatting consistency, and tagging compliance.
  • Flag and correct anomalies in document structure or metadata, and liaise with internal teams to resolve content issues.

Regulatory Change Handling

  • Assist in tracking and incorporating updates from regulatory bodies (e.g., rule changes, consultations, new legislation).
  • Coordinate with the Regulatory Intelligence team to ensure timely inclusion of new developments in the platform.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with product and engineering teams to test CMS functionality and provide content feedback.
  • Support AI/data teams by ensuring clean, machine-readable regulatory content for NLP and ML models.

Requirements

Essential:

  • 3–5 years of experience in content management, customer support, editorial operations, or legal publishing.
  • Hands-on experience using content management systems (proprietary or off-the-shelf).
  • High attention to detail and a structured approach to managing legal texts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Desirable:

  • Experience with UK/EU financial regulation (e.g., FCA Handbook, SMCR, MiFID II, UK GDPR).
  • Knowledge of XML/HTML, schema markup, or semantic tagging.
  • Familiarity with RegTech tools or SaaS-based compliance platforms.
  • Previous exposure to working with legal taxonomies or knowledge graphs.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of regulation, legaltech, and AI.
  • A collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Flexible hybrid working environment.
  • Training and development in regulatory and content management technologies.
  • Influence in shaping the structure and accessibility of critical legal content.
