MRI Software are looking for an individual that is eager to get experience within a corporate software company and has had some exposure to Customer Support. The opportunity is within our Support Services team based in the Sleaford office, as a Support Analyst assisting clients with their day-to-day use of the Qube PM software.
Our Software Support Analysts are responsible for resolving customer queries and will need to analyse software issues to recommend solutions, engaging with clients via telephone and our online system. The successful candidate will need to listen and empathise with our clients and use your troubleshooting skills, positive attitude and knowledge of the software to meet their needs to deliver a consistent professional experience. In depth training on our systems and infrastructure will be provided.
As a Support Analyst with the MRI Software Client Support team, you will have the opportunity to analyse complex software issues, engage with our impressive client base, and provide an incredible customer experience every day. In this position, you will be a point of contact for a broad variety of customers from financial and property management institutions, assisting with a wide range of questions and technical issues.
You will be required to attend client events within the UK, for example London and Manchester, as well as visit clients at their offices to assist users with specific areas of functionality of their system as and when required.
MRI Software will rely on you to listen to and empathise with our clients and use your troubleshooting skills, technical savvy, and creativity to meet their needs and deliver a consistent, professional experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer facing role (2-3 years)
- Good interpersonal skills. Patience is essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- A strong problem-solving skillset
- Ability to confidently articulate technical concepts
- Professional image and appearance
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Good organisational and effective time management skills
- Technically proficient
Preferences
- Knowledge of any MRI product, ideally Qube PM
- Familiarity with the property or software industry
- Experience or knowledge of accounting practices
