Join Our Mission

Skip the queue. Shape the future. See real impact.

At QuantSpark, we believe that every individual deserves access to a better life, enabled by economic prosperity that lifts society up. That’s why we empower British businesses and government to harness the power of AI and data analytics—so they can create value for people, not just profits. By working with brave and ambitious organisations who share our vision, we’re building a future where everyone can thrive.

Here, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to cutting-edge analytics and engineering practices from day one. You’ll learn how to support the tools and data pipelines that keep mission-critical services running, while developing the skills to grow into more senior roles in data engineering, analytics, or software development.

We don’t just analyse—we build, own, and scale solutions that shape the organisations we work with and deliver meaningful societal impact.

Our Client Portfolio

QuantSpark’s partners span:

  • Public Sector: Fraud analytics, predictive maintenance, and supply chain solutions for multiple UK government departments.
  • Private Equity & Financial Services: Portfolio performance, risk identification, and automation for global investors.
  • Retail & Consumer: Pricing optimisation, inventory efficiency, and personalised engagement for leading UK brands.
  • SaaS & Manufacturing: Data-powered transformation across startups and global manufacturers.

The Role

We are looking for a Support Analytics Engineer to join our Service & Operations team. This role sits at the intersection of Data Analytics, Software Development, and Data Engineering.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in maintaining data warehouses using SQL and cloud-based tools.
  • Support the monitoring and upkeep of ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt and Airflow.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain and enhance client-facing analytics solutions.
  • Help ensure data quality, documentation, and governance across projects.

In your first three months, your focus will be on quickly learning the tools, contributing to live service maintenance, and embedding yourself into the team. You’ll also start building your own development plan—one that accelerates your growth while supporting the impact of QuantSpark’s work.

Why This Role Excites Us

  • Real-World Exposure: Contribute to maintaining services that impact both public and private sectors.
  • Growth Opportunity: Learn and build skills in data pipelines, architecture, and analytics with the guidance of experienced engineers.
  • Supportive Environment: Join a collaborative, learning-oriented team that values curiosity, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Modern Tech Stack: Work with tools like dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, and major cloud platforms.

You Should Hit the Apply Button If…

  • You have some experience with data analytics, data engineering, or a relevant academic background.
  • You’re familiar with Python (especially Pandas/Numpy) and SQL.
  • You’re curious about modern data tools and excited to learn engineering best practices.
  • You’re a strong problem-solver and communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Must-haves: Python, SQL, problem-solving mindset, willingness to learn, clear communication.

Preferred: Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), dbt, Airflow, or data warehouse technologies.

I Want to Work for a Company That…

  • Accelerates my growth with ownership and autonomy from day one.
  • Lets me see my work’s value and impact within months.
  • Values diversity of thought, background, and approach.

I’m Looking to Work With…

  • A team of analytical entrepreneurs who think differently and thrive in ambiguous situations.
  • Colleagues who share openly, challenge constructively, and support each other’s growth.
  • Clients who are ambitious and eager to reimagine how data and AI transform organisations and create real-world impact.

In 3–5 Years I Want to Be…

  • Building advanced data pipelines and engineering solutions that become industry standards.
  • Trusted by colleagues and stakeholders for both depth and reliability.
  • Driving innovation inside a company that is scaling fast—not waiting for slow, hierarchical promotions.

Perks & Benefits

  • £6,000 annual training & conference budget to stay at the cutting edge.
  • Up to 6% matched pension for long-term financial security.
  • Comprehensive private healthcare via Vitality.
  • EMI share options—own a piece of the growth you create.
  • Work from anywhere in the world up to 20 days per year.
  • 25 days holiday, with the ability to buy or sell up to 5 additional days.
  • Cycle-to-work scheme for sustainable commuting.
  • Central London office with premium refreshments, team socials, and collaborative atmosphere.
  • Exclusive discounts on retail, travel, tech, and fitness memberships.
  • Access to cutting-edge tools and platforms, plus regular tech talks and innovation sessions.

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. Different perspectives, identities, and experiences make us stronger—both as people and as a business. All qualified applicants will be considered without regard to sex, sexual orientation, marital status, race, nationality, religion, disability, or age.
