The Role

We’re looking for a Support Developer to join our growing Service & Operations team. This is an ideal role for someone want to develop their career and who is eager to build real-world experience across client services and internal tools.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain and support web applications, APIs, and automation tools.
  • Investigate and debug issues, test fixes, and manage existing codebases.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Write clear, maintainable code and contribute to technical documentation.
  • Participate in code reviews and team stand-ups to foster shared learning.


In your first three months, your focus will be on learning the systems, supporting ongoing service delivery, and contributing to live solutions. You’ll quickly embed into the team and begin shaping your development plan, supported by peers and senior colleagues.

You Should Hit the Apply Button If…

  • You’re passionate about coding and eager to grow your development skills.
  • You have some experience with one or more programming languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript)—whether through personal projects, internships, or coursework.
  • You’re familiar with Git and basic development workflows.
  • You understand (or want to learn about) software fundamentals like REST APIs, databases, or frontend frameworks.
  • You’re comfortable asking questions, seeking feedback, and working collaboratively.
  • You enjoy solving problems and can communicate your ideas clearly.


Must-haves: Programming skills in at least one language, willingness to learn, problem-solving mindset, clear communication.

Preferred: Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, frontend frameworks, or cloud platforms.
