We’re looking for a Support Worker to offer compassionate, one-to-one support in the Ottery St Mary area.

This isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity to build trust, nurture independence, and help someone feel more confident and empowered each day 🌈. You’ll be a steady presence, offering encouragement, uplifting routines, and joyful moments along the way.

📝 About the Role:

• ⏰ 15 hours per week
• 📅 Every other weekend
• 👣 Daily dog walks – must be comfortable with dogs!
• 🚗 Drive client to/from appointments and leisure outings
• 🧠 Provide gentle structure, motivation, and positive encouragement
• 👫 Focus on companionship, confidence building, and emotional support – no personal care required
• ➕ Opportunity for additional hours through our wider care services
