We are looking for a dedicated , enthusiastic and motivated Support Worker to join the Children's Diabetes Service, to help provide exceptional care to children, young people and their families.
The working hours are 22.5 hours per week.
Your main responsibility will be to assist the diabetes service and support children, young people and their families in managing their condition.
You will attend the multi disciplinary diabetes clinics and assist with with obtaining blood tests.
You will assist with administrative and organisational duties, triaging phone calls and E-mails and will act as a point of contact between the Children, Young People and families and the wider multi disciplinary team.
