Ings Grove House is an intermediate care facility, meaning we specialise in supporting individuals transitioning from hospital care. Working alongside Health colleagues, we offer short-term care, providing focused rehabilitation and assistance to promote independence and recovery.
As a Support Worker at Ings Grove House, your role is pivotal in our commitment to enhancing lives. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comfort by assisting residents with personal care tasks, respecting their dignity and well-being.
- Encourage independence by supporting individuals in their daily activities, promoting a sense of purpose and achievement.
- Create meaningful connections with residents, contributing to a positive and vibrant community.
- Actively monitor and report changes in residents' health or behaviour, ensuring a holistic care approach.
- Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualised care plans.
- Maintain accurate and compassionate records of the care provided.

- Your compassionate nature and dedication are more important than prior experience, though any care or support background is welcomed.
