What You’ll Be Doing
As an
Intensive Support Worker, you'll provide
11 tailored support and help people live life on their own terms—whether that means
- Encouraging engagement through meaningful activities and structured routines
- Assisting with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, or managing health appointments
- Supporting individuals to access the community and enjoy hobbies or social events
- De-escalating challenging behaviours using your professional knowledge and compassion
- Maintaining up-to-date care plans, safeguarding reports, and risk assessments
You’ll be at the heart of everything we do—
empowering people with complex needs to achieve independence and a life they’re proud of.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Has
- 6+ months of hands-on experience working with individuals with complex needs or behaviours that challenge and dementia.
- A calm, confident, and emotionally resilient approach
- Practical understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and person-centred care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism, safety, and empathy
