Were currently seeking a Support Worker in the Needham Market area to join our dedicated team supporting adults (males and females) in a welcoming supported living service.
About The Role
Youll be supporting individuals with varied needs, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives while providing the essential support they require.
Our rota is planned six weeks in advance, giving you a great work-life balance while still offering flexibility.

Contract
- 12-hour weekly contract (weekend shifts included)
- Manual handling and PEG feeding full training is provided
- Personal care and daily living tasks
- Supporting individuals in managing behaviours that may be challenging, using person-centred and positive support (PBS) approach
- Coffee and cake outings, scenic drives, and countryside walks
- Trips to the theatre, arcades, and picnics out
- Being part of an active, social, and engaging lifestyle
