What Youll Do: Support people with learning disabilities in their daily lives and routines Assist with personal care and medication, including showering/toileting and dressing Help with finances and everyday tasks like shopping and bill payments Encourage independence and social inclusion by supporting community activities and groups Use Positive Behaviour Support strategies to enhance quality of life Build trusting, meaningful relationships based on empathy and respect What Were Looking For: A genuine passion for supporting others Excellent communication skills Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings, weekends, and overnight A positive, patient, and empathetic attitude Willingness to register with NISCC and undergo an enhanced Access NI check Contract & Shift Details: Fulltime and Part-time Contracts Available 1 x Fulltime Waken Night Contract Available Shifts: Day Shifts: 12 hour shifts starting between 9:00am - 11:00am Night Shifts: 9:00pm 9:00am (Rota prepared 4+ weeks in advance to support your work/life balance) Job ID: 34163
