About The Role
You will be supporting people with a range of needs to live happy, independent lives at home and in the community. Your day might include bowling trips, discos in the service, bingo, arts & crafts, café trips for coffee & cake, attending local day centres with the people we support and more! Each day brings something new full of fresh challenges, meaningful moments, and the chance to make a real impact to the lives of the people we support.
In this rewarding role, you will also provide personalised support based on each individuals needs, including personal care, manual handling, and specialist areas like feeding and dementia.

Shifts & Hours:
- Were ideally looking for part-time team members (up to 30 hours per week), but were happy to discuss your availability at the pre-interview stage
- Shifts can vary between 7am-10pm and weekend work is required so flexibility is essential
- There are sleep in shifts also required at some services, this offers a flat rate of £63.70
Please note: This position does not meetthe minimum salary requirements for a Health and Care visa under the UK SkilledWorker route, as set by the Home Office.
