🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Worker with driving responsibilities, you’ll provide personalised 11 support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Your role will include
- Encouraging engagement through meaningful activities and routines
- Assisting with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and managing health appointments
- Supporting individuals to access the community, hobbies, and social events
- Maintaining up-to-date care plans, safeguarding reports, and risk assessments
- Driving service users safely to appointments, activities, and outings
You’ll be a key part of helping people live fulfilling, independent lives while providing compassionate support every step of the way.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 6+ months’ experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs
- A calm, confident, and empathetic approach
- Good understanding of person-centred care and positive communication
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Full UK driver’s licence
