We are looking for
Support Workers in the
Stowmarket area to join our welcoming
supported living service, supporting both
males and females.
Youll be working in an environment where individuals are encouraged and supported to live independently, take part in community activities, and pursue their interests.
A full UK Driving License is essential, and youll need
business insurance on your vehicle but
compensation for this may be available through the service.
We Offer
- Full-time and part-time contracts (flexibility is key as this service is 24 hour care)
- Rotas planned 6 weeks in advance for a great work-life balance
- Sleep-in shifts and weekend work included (sleep in shifts have a flat rate of £63.70)
- A supportive and friendly team environment
About The Role
- Supporting people to attend workshops (e.g., IT, woodworking)
- Taking individuals on shopping trips, outings, and community activities
- Assisting a person we support with his passion for gardening
- Promoting independence and choice in day-to-day life
- Occasional support with minimal personal care tasks
