Are you passionate about making a real difference in peoples lives? Do you thrive in a supportive, person-centred environment? Were looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Stowmarket.
In this rewarding role, youll provide personalised support based on each individuals needs, including some personal care. Youll assist with daily routines, join in on activities, and use a person-centred, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach to help manage some behaviours that may be challenging.
The people we support love getting out and about, and youll be part of making those moments happen. There are various activities that they enjoy, this may include local woodwork and IT workshops, shopping trips, gardening and much more! Each day brings something new full of fresh challenges, meaningful moments, and the chance to make a real impact to the lives of the people we support.

Shifts & Hours
- We have full time and part-time roles available, so we can be flexible with what hours you are looking for
- We are looking for someone who can be flexible with shifts as these can vary and weekend work and sleep ins are included, however rotas are planned 6-8 weeks in advance to give you an opportunity to plan this around your personal life
- All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
