Job Overview
Our Sunderland service assists clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We require enthusiastic, caring individuals to take them out on day trips going to the beach, shopping or to local coffee shops. We have a variety of shifts including days, weekends, and sleep overs. If you love10-pin bowling, can hunt out a charity shop bargain or love to cook this rewarding job could be for you.
This homely service is set in Sunderland (SR4) close to public transport routes, holding a valid UK driving license is desirable to drive the client vehicles. We require a manual and automatic drivers.
As a Support Worker, you will provide high quality care and support to our clients to enable them to live their best life. You will be passionate in making a difference to our client’s lives, helping them to fulfil their aspirations and ambitions. Experience of working with clients with challenging behaviour is desirable.

Main duties of the job
- Person Centred - Prepare person-centred support plans with clients which reflect their views and aspirations and respect their beliefs and opinions, reviewing and amending them as necessary and considering the client’s changing needs and wishes.
