About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Waking Nights Children’s Support Worker to provide overnight care and support for children and young people. You will ensure their safety, well-being, and emotional security throughout the night while maintaining a calm and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Providing overnight supervision and support to children and young people.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of those in your care.
Offering emotional reassurance and responding to any needs that arise during the night.
Completing nightly household tasks and administrative duties.
Following safeguarding procedures and maintaining accurate records.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
A caring and patient nature with strong observational skills.
Ability to remain alert and responsive during night shifts.
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
