A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join CareTech’s brand-new Supported Living Service in Kettering, Northamptonshire. The service comprises five shared flats, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to live more independently.
Our service users require support with everyday tasks such as managing money, shopping, cooking, cleaning, attending medical appointments, managing correspondence, exploring leisure and work activities, and accessing the community.
With excellent transport links and a supportive team, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by providing both practical and emotional care, empowering individuals to lead as ordinary and fulfilling a life as possible.
Support Workers – Kettering, Northamptonshire
£12.71 per hour | 37.5 hours per week | Permanent
We are looking for Support Workers to join our team in Kettering, providing high-quality care to adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and/or challenging behaviour.

The role
Deliver individual support plans and daily activities
Support with meal preparation, household tasks and social activities
Maintain accurate records and notes
Work as part of a supportive, caring team
About You
Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards one)
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs (desirable)
Calm under pressure, good communication skills, and team player
Passionate about making a difference in people’s lives
