About The Role
Stepping Stones Services is a trusted and compassionate provider of health and social care services. We support individuals in their own homes, assisting those with a variety of health needs, including learning disabilities, mental health issues, physical disabilities, and those requiring assistance with personal care.
We are looking for a Team Leader who can ensure she receives proactive, person-centred support that promotes independence and empowers her to develop basic daily living skills. The ideal candidate will show initiative and be committed to helping her work towards her personal goals, including further education, employment opportunities, and an active social life.
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our supported living services. You will play an essential role in the daily operations, ensuring that both the individuals we support and the team are provided with the highest standard of care.
