Purpose of the position: As
Survey Asset Administrator you will provide relevant administration support to the Survey Asset Department. You will work closely with Survey Asset Manager and Support Engineers.
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
- Collate and update equipment utilisation files to aid quarterly forecasts
- Create Service Reports for confirmed equipment hire periods, updating register as required and issuing to cost controller
- Track external hire monthly invoices and update committed contract costs
- Update estimated future monthly costs for inclusion in quarterly forecasts as per information from Technical support team. Recording of manual accruals
- Record expected and actual intercompany costs for staff/equipment
- Performing ad hoc duties as required for department
- Conduct all activities within the Integrated Management System Policy, Procedures and Work Instructions while ensuring their own safety and that of others is not compromised or placed at risk
What are we looking for?
Experience: 3-5 years in administrative survey activities within the oil & gas industry or ROV sector in a busy working environment
Technical skills: organisation skills with a good ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
IT skills: MS office

- Contract role (Inside IR35, PAYE) full time, 12 months renewable, 37.5 hours/week
