Duties And Responsibilities
Position Summary and Location
The Survey Photogrammetry Analyst for Survey & Positioning (S&P) is essential in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of subsea photogrammetry data used to inform strategic decisions and generate actionable insights. This role is specific to data processing and analysis for all subsea photogrammetry projects including job preparation, field support, processing, office quality control, final reporting, deliverable review, and project closeout.
The role requires strong expertise in subsea photogrammetry processes including acquisition and processing. Working on company-provided systems with specialized software, the Survey Photogrammetry Analyst collaborates closely with offshore staff and Project Management teams to support diverse survey operations and deliverables.
This is a U.K.- based position with a remote work schedule and may require travel to other designated geographic areas as needed. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required based on assignments.
Available on an as-needed basis for on-call support, including participation in weekend rotations.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform real-time and post-processing support for acquisition thru survey completion.
- Efficiently process subsea Photogrammetry data from calibration thru full model creation, and analysis per client requirements.
- Perform in-depth quality control checks on subsea photogrammetry data to identify inconsistencies, errors, and anomalies. Ensure data accuracy and completeness before final reporting.
- Use statistical methods and analytical tools to validate results, ensuring the integrity and reliability of datasets.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on data quality findings. Develop corrective action plans and update standard operating procedures as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine survey methodologies, implement data quality improvements, and optimize data collection processes.
- Utilize data cleaning tools and software to preprocess survey data, remove inaccuracies, and prepare datasets for analysis.
- Demonstrates a willingness to mentor and support the development of other team members.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team.
- Engagement in the company's competency, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE), and quality programs is a core part of this role.
- Performs additional responsibilities and tasks as required to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications
REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three (3) plus years of experience in offshore subsea photogrammetry processing and acquisition, preferably with a focus on the offshore activities outlined above.
- Three (3) plus years of demonstrated practical experience in data management, data analysis, mapping, data standards, and related software.
- Proficient in M365 Microsoft applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and OneNote.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively report findings and communicate with remote teams.
- Ability to work in a fully remote environment and accommodate an on-call schedule when necessary.
DESIRED
- Five plus years of experience in offshore subsea photogrammetry processing and acquisition, preferably with a focus on the offshore activities outlined above.
- Photogrammetric knowledge, specifically using Agisoft Metashape.
- Exceptional technical writing skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.

Working Conditions
This position is considered primarily OFFICE with some field work which is characterized as follows:
- Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night
- Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace
- Work surface is stable (flat)
- Occasional work onshore/offshore - in the field, such as vessel visits
- May require on-call scheduling
