Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Survey Project Manager, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work from home acceptable. The Survey Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing topographic, land, building, rail and boundary surveys. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing survey projects, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating with project teams, and maintaining project documentation. Effective communication with clients and stakeholders is also essential.
Qualifications
- Topographic Surveys, Land and Surveying, and Building Surveying skills
- Experience with Rail Surveys and general Surveying practices
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work setting
- Proficiency with survey equipment and software
- Relevant professional qualifications or degrees are a plus
- Previous experience in rail or civil engineering projects is advantageous
