This is a key opportunity for a driven and commercially minded property professional to work with some of the most prominent clients across the Midlands and East Midlands.
You’ll be joining a high-performing, close-knit team with a strong client base, and will play an important role in delivering leasing, acquisition, development, and consultancy services. The successful candidate will contribute to the team’s continued growth and take an active role in business development and client relationship management.

Cushman & Wakefield is looking to recruit a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our expanding Industrial & Logistics Leasing team. This is a key opportunity for a driven and commercially minded property professional to work with some of the most prominent clients across the Midlands and East Midlands.
You’ll be joining a high-performing, close-knit team with a strong client base, and will play an important role in delivering leasing, acquisition, development, and consultancy services. The successful candidate will contribute to the team’s continued growth and take an active role in business development and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver leasing, acquisition, development and consultancy instructions for industrial and logistics clients.
- Support and lead on a variety of projects across the Midlands and East Midlands region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, landlords, developers, and occupiers.
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of business plans and growth initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
- Collaborate with team members and other service lines to provide a seamless client experience.
- Participate in mentoring opportunities and internal networks, contributing to team development.
- MRICS qualified (preferred) or working towards chartership.
- Proven experience within the industrial and logistics property sector, particularly agency or leasing.
- Strong client-facing skills with a track record of relationship development.
- Well-connected within the industrial sector, ideally with an existing network in the Midlands.
- Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and apply strategic thinking to client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a commitment to high professional standards.
