We have an exciting opportunity for a
Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our fast-growing
Specialist Markets Valuation & Advisory division at Cushman & Wakefield. This role sits within our
Self Storage team, working across the UK and European markets.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team advising a prestigious client base that includes institutions, FTSE-listed property companies, private equity firms, REITs, and debt providers. Our services span valuation, brokerage, fund sourcing, consultancy, and due diligence, offering a diverse and rewarding project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality valuation and advisory services to clients from day one.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships across regional, national, and international mandates.
- Supporting business development through networking, pitches, and client meetings.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external professionals to provide a full-service offering.
- Contributing to team targets and helping grow our presence in the self storage sector.
What We’re Looking For
- MRICS qualified, with 1–3 years post-qualification experience.
- A strong communicator with excellent report writing and analytical skills.
- Commercially aware, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Experience in self storage is not essential – we’ll support your development.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.
- Full driving licence and access to transport.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Background in a large practice or corporate environment.
- Understanding of business development and client management.
- Familiarity with valuation tools and DCF models (training provided if needed).
- Strong IT skills, including Excel and industry-specific software.
