LEED Sustainability Consultant

Fully Remote

£50,000 – 70,000 per annum

Due to a number of major project wins, we are looking for a Sustainability Consultant who is experienced in LEED certification to join a rapidly growing and forward-thinking global engineering and consulting firm that specialises within the mission critical sector.

• Well-established Sustainability Focussed Engineering Consultancy practice that operates on a fully remote basis, although with key hubs in the UK, Amsterdam and the USA.
• Data Centre and Mission Critical Environment specialists who work with the leading data centre developers and clients on projects around the world
• Fully remote working!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Sustainability Consultant will be responsible for leading and delivering LEED certification scopes (NC, BD+C, ID+C) for data centres across multiple countries.
• The Sustainability Consultant will be providing technical advice on energy modelling, site sustainability, materials, water strategies, and indoor environmental quality.
• The LEED Sustainability Consultant will be working on multiple concurrent projects across the EMEA region, ensuring LEED compliance and timely delivery.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

• The Sustainability Consultant will have relevant experience in LEED certification, preferably for data centre or mission-critical infrastructure
• Ideally will be Bachelor's or Master's qualified in Architecture, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
• The Sustainability Consultant will be LEED AP (BD+C or equivalent) accredited
• The LEED Sustainability Consultant will have strong knowledge of ASHRAE, EPAct, EN 50600, and international building sustainability codes
