Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 plus benefits

We are recruiting a role to play a pivotal role in shaping how they report, communicate, and lead on their sustainability commitments.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

You'll be at the core of the Finance for Sustainability team, ensuring the sustainability story is told correctly. You’ll:

• Drive external sustainability reporting across global frameworks like GRI, CSRD, ISSB, and more.
• Lead submissions to top-tier ESG ratings agencies
• Partner on carbon emissions measurement across supply chains.
• Embed sustainability into financial reporting and risk frameworks.
• Influence Board-level governance, shape sustainability strategy, and collaborate with global teams.
• Work side by side with Finance, Comms, and ESG leaders to ensure data is accurate, our story is compelling, and our impact is measurable.

🧠 About You:

• 5–10 years of experience in sustainability, financial reporting, or risk.
• A deep understanding of global sustainability standards and how to apply them.
• The ability to manage complex data, lead cross-functional projects, and deliver high-impact reports.
• Excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder engagement, and a love for clear, concise, technical writing.
• The confidence to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced global environment.
