We're looking for a Swimming Instructor to join our Facilities Management team, based at Westfield School, in Sheffield.
Location: Westfield School, Eckington Road, Sothall, South Yorkshire, S20 1HQ.
Hours: Casual Zero Hours (average weekly hours 5).
What will you be responsible for?
As a Swimming Instructor, you'll be working within the.
Your Day To Day Will Include The Following
- To teach swimming lessons as per the swimming lesson schemes.
- Carry out other tasks to ensure smooth operation of the services, including lifeguard and duty manager' duties.
- Offer an excellent level of internal/external customer service, dealing with all enquiries and comments, in accordance with the company's customer care policies.
- Offer guidance and feedback to all customers regarding the programme of participants on the swimming lesson scheme.
- Ensure that on a day-to-day basis you are fully aware of your working obligations and that you are both reliable and punctual for your allocated shifts.

- Have experience within a similar role as a Swimming Instructor/Life Guard,
- Can work as a member of the aquatic team, working pro-actively with other members of staff both in aquatics and all other areas of the business,
- Are passionate about providing the best experience for your customers, and helping them to feel safe at all times.
