Position Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Reservations Department a Switchboard Operator.

Our Switchboard Operator will be the first point of contact for many calls to the hotel, and as such will need to always be prepared to give an excellent first impression of The Ritz London. The successful candidate will have impeccable communication skills and will be confident in multitasking, while being able to assist internal and external guests. Previous experience of working within a similar property is essential.

Entry Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a 5* property
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
