Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Operative located in Telford. The Technical Support Operative will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Analytical Skills and Customer Support experience
- Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent communication and admin skills
- Experience with EV Vehicles/EV Chargers
