AAA is partnering with a fast-growing trading firm launching a new systematic trading pod in London and Japan, focused on global markets. This is a rare opportunity to join at inception and take full ownership of building and scaling a systematic trading strategy from the ground up.

The firm is seeking a systematic trader with a strong track record in researching, developing, and deploying fully automated trading strategies. This role offers the freedom to shape the trading approach from alpha generation and portfolio construction to execution.

You’ll work closely with a quant research and a data scientist to design and iterate on end-to-end trading systems. A deep understanding of market dynamics, statistical modelling, and execution is key, along with the ability to translate trading ideas into scalable production strategies.

Candidates with backgrounds in Python, C++, or Java are welcome. The team values intellectual flexibility, low ego, and a high-impact mindset, ideal for someone comfortable in a flat structure, wearing multiple hats, and driving projects independently in a fast-moving environment.
