Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team, supporting the continuous control, maintenance, and improvement of the Hugo Quality System.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with management of test equipment and maintenance of the calibration database.
- Coordinate and update employee training records, maintaining the company training matrix.
- Maintain digital HR files and support basic HR administration, including staff inductions.
- Conduct monthly verification checks and internal audits.
- Support the Systems & Compliance Manager with onboarding activities and daily quality management operations, helping to ensure compliance with ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 14001.
- Maintain and update document control systems, both internal and external.
- Liaise with customers on operational matters and collaborate with other Hugo departments, such as warehousing and planning, to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to 5S and housekeeping standards, as well as company Quality and Health & Safety policies.
- Raise, investigate, and document complaints and non-conformances as required.
- Provide additional support to the Systems & Compliance Manager for various quality-related activities within the scope of training.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintaining or administering an accredited management system (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 13485) [Essential].
- Experience performing internal audits [Essential].
- Strong IT skills, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications [Essential].
