Systems Configurator

We are seeking an experienced Contract Acturis Configurator to take ownership of the end-to-end configuration and setup of the Acturis platform as part of a major re-platforming programme.

It's a contract Outside IR35 assignment for 6 months initially.

This role will be critical in ensuring the system is fully aligned to business requirements and migration-ready ahead of UAT, dry runs, and cutovers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete full Acturis configuration, including:
• Offices, teams, and brands
• Accounting entities
• Products, insurers, and SCIDs
• Workflows and tasking
• Document packs
• Admin fee matrices
• User and security configuration
• Build and map Acturis reports between old and new structures for both run-down and run-up entities
• Ensure migration readiness, supporting test cycles, UAT, and cutover planning
• Work closely with Project Managers, BAs, and wider stakeholders to align platform setup with programme goals

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven hands-on Acturis configuration experience across core modules
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, workflows, and product build
• Experience supporting data migration, UAT, and go-live readiness activities
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to delivering high-quality configuration
