Are you passionate about digital transformation in healthcare? St Nicholas Hospice Care is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable SystmOne Lead to drive the development, optimisation, and training of our clinical systems.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the go-to expert for SystmOne, supporting clinical teams with system enhancements, data reporting, and digital workflows. You’ll lead on system upgrades, user training, and data quality initiatives, ensuring our services remain efficient, compliant, and patient-focused.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience administering SystmOne or similar systems
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and digital health tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to train and support users across varying digital skill levels
• Experience in healthcare settings and knowledge of data governance
