Your new role:
As our new Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll play a key part in shaping how we attract, engage and hire great people across the business. You will support candidates throughout their entire journey – from attraction and sourcing through to screening, interviews and offer coordination – ensuring every applicant has a positive experience with us.
Working alongside the Recruitment Partner and hiring managers, you’ll help strengthen recruitment capability across the organisation by coaching managers, supporting interview best practice and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and consistent hiring process every time.
You’ll also take the lead on the roll out of training for hiring managers on our new ATS (Natural HR). Working with our Learning and Development team, you’ll support in building and delivering training for hiring managers, driving high-volume recruitment campaigns for our Operations, Warehouse and Customer Support teams, and leading improvements to our exit interview process to support organisational growth and retention.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with recruitment experience - whether from an in-house environment or an agency setting - who’s ready to take ownership of meaningful projects, shape candidate experience, and help build a modern, efficient and people-focused recruitment function.
It is a full-time, permanent position. Core hours of work are 8:45am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility will be required for this role. The role is being offered with hybrid option meaning you would be site-based Monday and Tuesday and a further third day of your choice, with 2 days from home.
