Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Advisor (12-Month Contract)

Location: Manchester

Duration: 12 months

Agile working available after probation.

Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver end-to-end recruitment services across permanent, fixed-term, temporary, and volume hiring needs. You’ll play a key role in shaping our workforce and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as a trusted recruitment partner across the business
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle with efficiency and care
• Advising and supporting stakeholders at all levels
• Driving inclusive attraction strategies to source diverse, skilled talent
• Promoting Electricity North West as an Employer of Choice
• Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Manager and wider team on strategic initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a similar role (in-house or RPO)
• Strong understanding of recruitment legislation and best practices
• Experience managing volume recruitment campaigns
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools (including Boolean search)
• Familiarity with job boards and social media as recruitment channels
• Strong communication and MS Office skills
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• A full, valid UK driving licence
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
