Due to Ambitious growth plans over the next 6 months, we have a very exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Talent team!

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the end-to-end hiring process for Graduate Recruitment Consultants
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, events, and referrals
- Conducting screening calls and coordinating interviews
- Guiding candidates through the process including delivering feedback
- Managing candidate pipelines and interview stages in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Continuously improving the candidate experience — from first contact to offer stage.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment (internal or agency)
- Experience in directly sourcing candidate pro actively through headhunting methods
- Experience in managing ATS System
- Process driven work ethic
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills — you’ll be speaking to candidates daily.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple open roles at once.
- KPI and Target driven
- Exposure to graduate/early careers recruitment
- Passionate about identifying potential, not just experience.
