The Premier League’s People team is looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Executive to support us in coordinating and driving forward our work to attract the best talent into the Premier League workforce.
In this role you will work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and other Talent Acquisition Executive to provide operational recruitment support to departments in the Premier League Head office. You will provide support across the end-to-end recruitment process - from helping to write the job adverts and planning attraction strategies; to coordinating interviews and assessments; and ensuring candidates have a positive experience at all stages of the recruitment process. You will play an active role in building our talent pool and candidate network and you will work on exciting projects, such as internship and apprenticeship programmes.

You will work very closely with your People team colleagues and it will be important that you are a team player who loves collaborating with others.
The People team currently has 17 team members and delivers a proactive and highly supportive human resource function to the Premier League workforce. There is extensive work completed across staff engagement; business culture; diversity and inclusion; learning and development and recruitment; along with the core People service delivering payroll, benefits and employee relations support. The team currently supports the UK workforce, a Singapore office, a small team in Belgium, a New York office and India.
