Job Description
The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll play a key role in partnering with stakeholders to create and deliver end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet the current and future talent needs of our Engineering and Scientific functions. You’ll build and develop strong internal relationships while promoting and enhancing our employer brand and providing a positive candidate experience.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you’ll be working alongside a great team of twelve Talent Acquisition experts who are passionate about supporting the business to deliver our mission, to lead the delivery of sustainable fusion energy.

The salary for this role is £39,610 and will be based from our Culham site in Oxfordshire. This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions and possibly a search of open source data.
